Meet Mey

Mey Eliya is a new driving force behind Fridmar Law’s continued growth, innovation, and client-focused operations. With a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and a background in psychology, Mey brings a unique balance of strategy, creativity, and empathy to the firm’s leadership team.

As Business Operations Manager, she leads the firm’s planning, digital transformation, and client experience efforts, ensuring every project and initiative reflects Fridmar Law’s commitment to serving Ontario’s construction and civil litigation sectors with excellence. Mey has been instrumental in launching and growing the firm’s digital presence, including its TikTok and Instagram channels, and in building automation systems that strengthen outreach, brand visibility, and client engagement.

Her work connects creativity with structure, helping the firm build stronger partnerships and brand strategies that highlight its approachable yet results-driven identity. Known for her adaptable mindset, motivational leadership, and collaborative nature, Mey is passionate about helping both clients and colleagues reach their full potential.

Before joining Fridmar Law, Mey served as Program Manager at the York Entrepreneurship Development Institute (YEDI), where she led entrepreneurship programs that supported hundreds of Canadian and international founders in building sustainable ventures.

With a global perspective shaped by living, studying, and working across multiple continents, Mey brings depth, empathy, and entrepreneurial energy to every initiative, continuing to help shape Fridmar Law into a modern, community-driven firm that champions growth, integrity, and innovation.
